IT Executive (Application/Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Installing & configuring computer hardware operating system and application
• Monitoring & maintaining computer system and network and infrastructure
• Troubleshooting system & network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or soft work faults
• Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Design IT Training programs for internal user.
• Training and share knowledge.
• Identify and analysis trend incident ticket.

Requirements

• Experience as Internal IT for 2 years of experience
• Have experience handling like computer installation, internal internet connection
• Able to communicate in English actively
• Able to handle simultaneous tasks and meet short deadlines
