Sales Support

Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:

  • Supports a customer-central culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and ensuring a full and abundant sales floor
  • Maintains back room and under stock, including both merchandise and non-merchandise, to brand standard to enable efficient replenishment
  • Replenishes merchandise to standard by ensuring that all skus are represented on the sales floor and knowing merchandise availability of all categories in the back room
  • Deliver /or transport of merchandise from remote stock room to Store and vice versa
  • Supports promotions through daily replenishment of merchandise
  • Engages with customers when on the sales floor and passes off to sales associates as appropriate
  • Assists with other projects as directed including markdowns, re-tickets and mark out-of-stock process
  • Understands and adheres to brand standards
  • Supports brand guide preparation and execution as necessary
  • Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
  • Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink
  • Maintains an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the Iink between customer service and shrink

Contributes to building a high performance team:

  • Communicates effectively with direct manager, Sales Leadership Team and peers
  • Utilizes merchandise flow tools to facilitate effective communication
  • Provides feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
  • Acts as a shadow partner to new team members

Requirement:-

  • Candidates with a Class 3 driving license is preferred
  • 2 years of inventory management in a FMCG warehouse environment
  • Retail supply chain knowledge
  • Strong communication
  • Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
  • Store based role with schedules on weekends applies
