Assistant Merchandiser – Victoria’s Secret Beauty & Accessories

Summary
As the Assistant Merchandiser, you will be responsible in assisting the Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser for the VS Beauty business in both VSBA and VSFA Format.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve KPI of sales, margin, sell-through, inventory
• Work with all functional teams to ensure merchandise has fully maximized its potential in store
• Review, plan and strategize both seasonal and monthly buy
• Review sales on a weekly basis

Qualification:
Possess a Degree in any discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in merchandising, preferably in the beauty industry. Must be computer literate in MS Office, especially in Excel and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude, plenty of flexibility, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
