Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills hosted a VIP celebration for the launch of the first Giuseppe for Jennifer Lopez shoe collection yesterday evening, among a star-studded crowd. A celebratory and sparkly mood fell upon the Wilshire Boulevard store as guests gathered to view the duo’s exceptional collection, exclusive to Neiman Marcus in the Los Angeles area.

A celebratory and sparkly mood fell upon the Wilshire Boulevard store as guests gathered to view the duo’s exceptional collection, exclusive to Neiman Marcus in the Los Angeles area.
“I’ve always loved how Jennifer wears my shoes and admired her innate sense of style,” says Giuseppe Zanotti. “More than a muse, Jennifer was a great design partner and this collection really represents a strong, sensual, sophisticated woman-just like Jennifer.”
“I, like so many other women, love a great pair of shoes,” says Jennifer. “Whether I’m walking the red carpet, performing on stage or meeting my girls for lunch on a day off, shoes pull a look together and literally and figuratively lift me up. With Giuseppe, we created an ultra-modern, feminine collection of killer heels, sexy flats and fashion-forward sneakers. And as you would expect, there’s just the right amount of sparkle.”

In honor of the collaboration, Jennifer Lopez and Giuseppe Zanotti personally revealed four unique windows on Wilshire Boulevard after walking the red carpet. The windows featured Ms. Lopez’s most iconic outfits – a performance costume, her famous Versace dress, among others – surrounded by the collaboration shoes and Zanotti’s seasonal must-haves.
Jennifer and Giuseppe pulled the velvet rope to reveal The Show window, with Backstage, Red Carpet and Boudoir to follow.
The Show – beams of light designed with crystal beads filled the space with sparkles as iconic Jennifer looks are on display, including her famous red carpet gowns, while floating plates showcase the collaboration styles and disco balls add to the excitement.
Backstage – created to evoke the expectation felt at a live show, this window showcases Jennifer’s dressing room in the midst of performance preparation.
Red Carpet – Jennifer stands on the red carpet, with a step and repeat backdrop covered in the collaboration logo behind her.
Boudoir – where the collaboration was born. Jennifer and Giuseppe sit in her closet discussing the collaboration while surrounded by shelves of shoes and racks of garments.
As guests made their way inside the store’s newly-renovated Ladies Shoe Salon, Jennifer and Giuseppe took the stage and spoke about the collaboration. Models wearing the exclusive shoes walked throughout the crowd.
