Assistant Store Manager – Bath & Body Works

For the past 26 years, Bath and Body Works has been one of the world’s biggest retailers of shower gels, lotions, fragrance mists, perfumes, candles, and home fragrances.

We’re currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to become an integral part of the Bath and Body Works Australian story. We’re looking for retailers experienced in high volume product and sales turnover, recruitment, staff management and development and exceeding sales targets while achieving business growth.

Naturally you’ll be highly commercial, an excellent brand ambassador, detail oriented and be able to create an exceptional customer service ethic across your store and team. You’re adept at analysis, strategy and implementation, with high level leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
