Corporate Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Sales Manager is accountable for developing, implementing, and executing sales action plans and strategies for TWG. He or she will be responsible for creating more accounts under the TWG wholesale business and increasing the sales of the brand. The Corporate Sales Manager will also be the main liaison between the customer and company.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
• New customer acquisition/conversion
• Increase sales for existing customer – upsell & cross sell
• Margin & profitability
• Client engagement & service quality

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Manage major key corporate account and develop new business corporate clients.
• Prepare quotation and proposals to clients.
• Monitor sales and follow up with clients.
• Meet sales target and boost sales to achieve optimum yield.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics colleagues to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients.
• Process purchase and sales orders
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Manage inventory levels for wholesale and product on loan.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in Food & Beverage or a comparable retail environment.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong Financial Acumen
• Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends.
• Pleasant Personality with positive attitude
• Excellent communicator
• Good Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficient in computer skills
Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
