Bath & Body Works – Perfect Giveaway Instagram Competition
1. The ‘Bath & Body Works Perfect Giveaway’ contest (the Contest) is organized by Valiram Group (the Organizer) and open only to residents of Sydney, Australia.
2. Employees of the Organizer, its Affiliates, related companies and Vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. This Contest will commence at 10:00 AM (UTC + 10:00) on 22nd March, 2018. The last Contest will end at 11:59 PM (UTC + 10:00) on 29th March, 2018.
4. To participate, participants need to have a public Instagram account, “Follow” the Bath & Body Works Australia Instagram account @bathandbodyworks.au and follow the instructions on each competition post.
5. Entries will be accepted for each competition post until 11:59PM of the day.
6. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Organizer by the closing date/time for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
7. Participants may submit as many entries as they wish but no participant may win more than one prize.
8. One winner will be chosen for each competition post. There will be 7 winners in total throughout the Contest Period.
9. Daily prizes as mentioned on each contest post and will be one of:
• Signature Collection Trio (Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Mist)
• Aromatherapy Trio (Shower Gel, Body Scrub, Body Cream)
• Essentials+ Trio (Shower Gel, Body Scrub, Body Oil)
• Men’s Trio (Shower Gel, Deodorant, Body Lotion)
10. There will be non-contest Instagram posts by the Organizer during the Contest period.
11. The Organizer will contact the winners via Instagram, email and/or phone.
12. Winners must get in touch with the Organizer by providing their personal information through Instagram direct message within 24 hours of being notified, or alternative winners will be selected.
13. Winners must collect prizes from Bath & Body Works, QVB, Sydney Store on or before April 29th, 2018. Prizes WILL NOT BE SENT to winners. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited.
14. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other prizes.
15. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes.
16. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts by the Organizer. In the event this happens, the Winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited.
17. The Organizer’s decision on the award of all prizes, and/ or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms & Conditions, shall be final and binding on all Participants in the Contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals will be entertained.
18. By participating in the Contest, the Participants hereby authorize and consent to the use of the names and/ or photographs taken of the Participants by the Organizer as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade and/ or publicity, without any prior notice to the Participants and the Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
19. Each participant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of their entry including their image by the Participant and the Organizer.
20. The Organizer and its Affiliates and Related Companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this Contest or with any of the prizes offered or forfeited.
21. All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of managing and operating the Contest and not for any other purposes.
22. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that all information and material submitted to enter this Contest is submitted to the Organizer and not Instagram and you agree that Instagram shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Contest.
23. By entering this contest, all participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms & Conditions.
24. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and all participants shall be bound by such changes.
