Applications Process

Application

Once you have found a particular role that interests you in the Valiram, you can apply for the job by attaching your resume to the applications page on our website.

Shortlisting

Should you be shortlisted for the role you applied for, the recruitment team will be in touch with you to schedule for an interview. This may take up to two weeks, depending on the number of applicants we receive for the same job.

Interview

There may be multiple interviews, depending on the position you’ve applied for. Depending on where you are located, we may arrange for a face to face interview or a skype interview. Your interview will be a unique experience as you may have to carry out a store based roleplay, retail math, or even a case study.

Offer

Offer: If you have succeeded in the interview, you will receive an offer for the job. Those of you who are not successful after the interview will also be informed. Once you have passed the interview stage you will be called in to sign the required documents. Your journey in an entrepreneurial environment starts here.
