TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

1. This promotion is open to all visitors aged 18 years and above alighting or departing from Domestic Terminal, KLIA and KLIA2.

2. The promotion starts at 10am on March 18, 2018 and closes at 10pm on May 18, 2018. No late entries will be entertained.

3. Employees of Cee Vee Luxury Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries, the management of sponsors, their agencies and immediate family members are not permitted to participate.

4. All shoppers must agree to the official rules, and any failure to comply may result in the disqualification of the entrant.

5. Purchases in single or multiple receipts from a single participating store are eligible for participation in the lucky draw. Please note individual store rules apply.

– Charles & Keith: 1 lucky draw coupon for every RM350 spent in multiple receipts.

– Flying Emporium: For every RM100 – get 1; RM 250 – get 3 and RM450 get 5 lucky draw coupons spent in single receipt.

– Pedro: 1 lucky draw coupon for every RM450 spent in multiple receipts.

– Swiss Watch Gallery: 1 lucky draw coupon for every RM5,000 spent in multiple receipts.

– TUMI: 1 lucky draw coupon for every RM1000 spent in multiple receipts.

– Wear and When: 1 lucky draw coupon for every RM500 spent in multiple receipts.

6. Each entry must be accompanied by original receipts from Flying Emporium or participating stores for purchases made on the same day.

7. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other gifts or vouchers.

8. Each participant agrees and consents to Ceevee luxury Sdn Bhd (CVL) and KIA Malaysia’s collection, use and retention of his/her personal information (without compensation to the participant) for all purposes related to this contest including but not limited to (i) processing and administering entries, (ii) communicating with and awarding prizes to the winners, (iii) issuing publicity and announcements regarding winners, and (iv) advertising, promoting and publicising this contest. Any entry or request made by a participant which seeks to limit the foregoing will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant.

9. All the applicable tax liabilities i.e. insurance & road tax etc. will be borne by the winner. CVL or KIA Malaysia are not liable to support any change in price due to upgrade in the said available vehicle or any other form of expenses incurred due to change in the agreed said vehicle price or circumstances.

10. The organiser, Ceevee Luxury Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
