About the Role

Consider our Account Executive position focusing on Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE). As part of our finance team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing project finances. Your responsibilities will include issuing PORFs, processing invoices, and collaborating with various teams for smooth financial operations. You’ll also handle tasks like AR inter-co billing and working with auditors. Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Ensure Project’s PORF to be issued as pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure Project’s PORF is supported by relevant documents.
  • Obtain approval for PORF, save approved PORF in share point & upload it in PO portal.
  • Prepare monthly PO tracker listing with updated status.
  • Ensure Project’s invoice to be processed as pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure Project’s invoice corresponding to purchase order/quotation and obtain approval for invoice. Liaise with tax team (tax treatment), AP team (system approval) and banking team (payment) when processing invoice to ensure invoice compliance with tax rule & being paid.
  • Ensure Invoice tracker listing with updated status.
  • Monitoring progress of PORF/Invoice & ensure approved PORF/Invoice being forwarded to PO/Banking team for processing PO/payment.
  • Ensure to request issuance of AR inter-co billing & capture AP Inter-Co billing on timely basis.
  • Ensure allocation of accounts information for logistics invoice related to PPE on timely basis.
  • Ensure PPE listing with breakdown is ready as pe-agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare PCS as pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing Written Off Schedule/ Disposal Schedule/Capital Allowance Schedule as pre-agreed deadlines.
  • Liaise with Project team & PPE Vendor for invoice/payment related matter.
  • Provide full cooperation to external and internal auditors during audit of company accounts.
  • Ensure the process and procedure are well adhered.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment and experience in PPE.
  • Personal attributes:
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Pleasant Personality.
    • Excellent communicator.
    • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
