Marketing Manager (Victoria’s Secret)

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Manages the development and execution of marketing plan that includes online and offline activation of activities, advertising, publicity and events for Victoria’s Secret according to set guidelines.
  • Manages the planning and execution of CRM program to build loyal customers in market.
  • Support the Business Goals of sales and profits growth as well as brand awareness in all operating markets.
  • Be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Use customer and category insights to plan and execute country marketing plans/ campaigns to keep customers constantly engaged
  • Understand the digital and mobile landscape across the region and to integrate the use of these channels effectively into all marketing activities
  • To lead to roll out of CRM program – develop the strategy, plan and execute the activities with tailored activation for the different customer segments
  • To drive customer sign up for the CRM program
  • To ensure consistent communication of the brand positioning.
  • Work closely with merchandising and planning team (MPA) to formulate promotions and activities to drive sales.
  • Work closely with MPA and Visual Merchandising plan for in-store communication materials to support all marketing activities and promotion and to localize the communication where applicable.
  • To conduct pre and post evaluations on all marketing activities/ campaigns to be used in future planning.
  • Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports – weekly, monthly, by campaign
  • To ensure all marketing materials are approved by Brand and/or Directors.
  • Build effective working relations with local, regional and international internal stakeholders and also with the Principal.
  • Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.

POSITION SPECIFICATION 

Education

  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Retail environment managing brands
  • Experience in managing and executing CRM program
  • Experience in Brand Building, Launch Events, Relations with PR, Malls, Media will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principals is a must.

Languages
