Membership & Eligibility

Upon registration in our Michael Kors stores located in Malaysia, you will automatically become a member of the KORSREWARDS Program ("Program"). You are entitled to enjoy certain program benefits and use your membership at Michael Kors stores located in Singapore Malaysia Indonesia Thailand. You agree that Michael Kors Malaysia and Valiram Group may collect, use, store, transfer and disclose your personal information for providing you with services including the benefits under the Program in strict compliance with Valiram Group Policy (available under Privacy Policy).

BY REGISTERING FOR THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS"), AS WELL AS OUR VALIRAM PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO AND MADE A PART OF THESE TERMS. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE PROGRAM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

Accumulation

With every eligible purchase upon program launch (June 2020) you accumulate transaction values. An "eligible purchase" is any purchase that is made in a Michael Kors store located in Malaysia.

Provide your account details to the store staff to tag your transaction values to your membership account.

NOTE: If you return any part of an eligible purchase, the transaction value you earned for such returned items will be deducted from your membership account.

Status & Rewards

Your tier status (VOYAGE, WANDERLUST, JET SET) is based on your accumulated transaction value during a twelve (12)-month period. Depending on what tier status you have reached, you will enjoy specific rewards as the Program contains increasing benefits in each tier.

The Terms may be updated from time to time and Valiram Group reserves the right to change and/or amend any Terms without prior notice to you. Valiram Group has the right, in its sole discretion, to limit and/or restrict the quantity of items purchased. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Renewal Criteria

Once you reach a new tier, you have a twelve (12)-months period in which to accumulate again the minimum spend of your current tier to keep the status. During this time, you would need to accumulate MYR3,000 to remain in WANDERLUST tier and MYR3,000 to remain in JET SET tier. If you have not managed to maintain the same tier after tier expiry date (12 months after new tier status), your tier status will drop one tier level.

Birthday Treats

We'd like to treat you! If you are in WANDERLUST or JET SET tier and your member profile includes your birthday information, then you are eligible for a KORSREWARDS birthday treat.

At the beginning of your birthday month, you will receive an email with your unique voucher code for you to redeem on the first purchase within your birthday month.

• Valid on the birthday month only. Strictly no extensions.
• Applicable for regular price items only.
• Offer is only redeemable once.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Voucher can only be used in the country that the voucher was issued.
• Voucher cannot be refunded, or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
• Voucher redeemable at Michael Kors stores located inMalaysia
• Voucher is not valid for online purchases.

Privilege Discount

As a WANDERLUST member you are entitled to get a 10%* discount off your total bill amount for every purchase.

JET SET members are entitled to a 15%* privilege discount.

*5% discount only off total bill at outlet stores Malaysia

This offer cannot be combined with other store promotions and/or discounts. This offer is valid in our Michael Kors lifestyle stores located in Malaysia.

Extended Warranty

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, we are pleased to offer you a one (1)-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required, excludes purchases made from online stores) on all Michael Kors handbags. Applicable in country of purchase only.

It is pertinent to note that leather is an organic material and will naturally season and wear with age. However, if a handbag proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first twelve (12) months, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with a same or comparable product. If replaced, defective handbag(s) will not be returned to the customer.

We do not cover any damage caused to an item by personal misuse or due to fair wear and tear over the natural life of your purchase. However, we are happy to mend the item for a fee if this is the case and if possible.

Note: The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement. If the handbag is deemed not to have a manufacturing defect or was not maintained according to the care and maintenance instructions provided with the bag, then the customer will be responsible for the cost associated with the return shipping

Complimentary In-Store Leather Care

We love your Michael Kors handbags as much as you. To help preserve and maintain the handbag in top condition, enjoy complimentary leather care at our Michael Kors retail stores. Simply bring your bag to our stores located in Malaysia and we will clean and condition your bag while you shop.

Complimentary Home Delivery

Enjoy handsfree shopping with complimentary delivery of your purchases to one location of your choice. Check in store for delivery times/ dates.

Changes & Termination

Membership is non-transferable and eligible purchases must be made by the member who is registered on that KORSREWARDS account.

The Program, rewards, privileges and Terms may be changed, withdrawn and/or terminated at any time without prior notice to members at the sole discretion of the Valiram Group.

By joining and participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms as applicable and updated from time to time. Any changes and/or modifications to the Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting on , and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of any such changes and/or modifications.
