1.  You are receiving this notice because you had consented to the Valiram Group collecting and processing your personal information for marketing related purposes

2.  Please be informed that following the acquisition of the Kate Spade business by Tapestry, Inc. through its local entities in South East Asia, namely, Coach Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Coach Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Tapestry Malaysia”) on 16 May 2018, your personal information will be transferred by the Valiram Group to Tapestry Malaysia as of 24 October 2018. Your personal information will be processed by Tapestry Malaysia to manage and enhance your customer experience, and provide you with information about products, services, promotions and brand events (including but not limited to Stuart Weitzman, COACH, kate spade and any other brands under Tapestry, Inc.). Tapestry Malaysia may share, disclose and/or transfer your data to its affiliated companies and/or third party back end service providers within or outside your country for the foregoing purposes. Please refer to the privacy policy of Tapestry Malaysia on https://malaysia.coach.com/features/footer-about_us-company_info-privacy for information on the use of, handling and management of your personal information.

3.  You shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the transfer, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the foregoing unless you opt out by clicking here, further to which your personal information will not be transferred to Tapestry Singapore, and you will not be informed of any products, services, promotions and events relating to the kate spade, COACH and Stuart Weitzman brands.
