Terms & Conditions
- This campaign is open to all customers residing in Macau.
- No purchase is required to participate.
- Customers need to sign up as a new customer to stand a chance in winning MOP1,000 worth of Victoria’s Secret shopping voucher. This contest is not applicable for existing Victoria’s Secret customers.
- Voucher is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other item. Only one customer will be announced as the winner. Customers that redeem less than MOP1,000 will not be refunded with the balance.
- This contest is valid from December 3, 2019 – December 25, 2019.
- Weekly winners will be emailed directly by Victoria’s Secret with an e-voucher with the value of MOP1,000 to be redeemed only at Victoria Secret store in Shoppes at the Venetian.
- The management reserves the rights:
- to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
- to replace the prize with other item of similar value at its sole discretion.
- to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.
- Employees of the Organizer, its Affiliates, related companies and Vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
- The Organizer’s decision on the award of all vouchers, and/ or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms & Conditions, shall be final and binding on all Participants in the Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals will be entertained.
- By participating in the Contest, the Participants hereby authorize and consent to the use of the names and personal details taken of the Participants by the Organizer as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade and/ or publicity, without any prior notice to the Participants and the Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
- All personal data collected will be used for the purposes of managing and operating the Contest and Participants are considered opted in to Valiram Group communications. Learn more in Privacy Policy.
- The management shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or
- sustained (whether arising from any person’s negligence) in relation to the participation in this pose & win contest.
