Cashier – Bali

The Cashier optimises sales results and ensures inventory accuracy with specific focus on ensuring a fast, friendly, accurate and efficient till experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maximise the till experience including the technical (accurately and efficiently executing all types of transactions) and the emotional (complimenting customer purchases, encouraging enrollment in loyalty programs, thanking customers for their business and encouraging them to come back)
• Manage customer questions or concerns tactfully in a professional manner, enrolling Store
  Leadership as necessary and to ensure proper follow -up. Demonstrate awareness of  and sensitivity to customer wait time in the till queue
• Demonstrate knowledge of store promotions and policies
• Model selling and sales support behaviors when necessary
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising & marketing strategies and presentation standards especially related to the cashwrap/till zone
• Understand and demonstrate Victoria’s Secret & Valiram company values

Qualifications:

• Customer focused
• Strong oral communication skill
• Strong attention to details even while multi-tasking
• Proficient in handling cash
• Demonstrate basic computer skill
• High degree of emotional intelligence and multi-cultural sensitivity
• Able to remain calm, patient and polite in high stress/high velocity situations
• Able to work nights/week-ends/holidays based on business requirements
• Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 20 kg and standing for periods of time up to 12 hours
• Required language: English, Bahasa Indonesia
