On 12th April 2023, we had our first awareness talk with World Vision Malaysia at our KL Office. The talk, led by Winnie Khor and Adrian Tham of World Vision Malaysia, focused on humanitarian aid, urban development, and advocacy for underprivileged children.
We had 2 sessions and even live-streamed the event, where close to 100 participants spent time understanding the sustainable long-term impact they can have to the lives of children and local communities living in extreme poverty. The main objectives of the talk were to raise awareness on the underprivileged community’s challenges, mainly, poverty and injustice, which has a tremendous impact to their livelihood.
