Summary

Drive sales growth as the leader of customer experience on the sales floor and through grow and develop the selling and sales and support generalist team to deliver individual and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor and drive store results through the selling and sales and support generalist team.
  • Oversee customer experience, overall appearance and day to day operations of the store, in partnership (or in absence of) with Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Develop and execute short and long term strategies to drive store sales.
  • Role model, coach and develop best-in-class selling behaviors.
  • Lead and inspire associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling results.
  • Develop associates’ product knowledge which in turn, enable high performance selling.
  • Responsible for talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning.
  • Lead direct reports to maintain merchandise presentation standards while selling.
  • Deliver top line sales results and growing the business through business insight to action.
  • Lead the sales floor while assigned to the role of the Customer Sales Lead (CSL).
  • Maintain a focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, build loyalty and support our “Best at Bras” culture.
  • Create emotionally engaging customer experiences, consistent with the brand vision.
  • Build customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit (US only) and customer relationship marketing.
  • Build and grow high performing teams.
  • Lead change through positivity and a growth mindset.
  • Uphold positive associate relations that lead to engagement in the brand and the team.
  • Understand and leverage visual merchandising filters to create a compelling store environment that grow sales.
  • Drive operating fundamentals.
  • Effectively manage and control expenses.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures.
  • Create an awareness of, and building capability in, loss prevention.
  • Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink.
  • Manage all activities related to provide a safe work environment.
  • Understand, demonstrate and enforce Company values.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading teams preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a pay-for-performance selling team preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
  • Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities through time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
  • Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge
  • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to cope under pressure and multiple deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable to work in the Store and on shift work basis and weekends.
