Key Responsibilities

• Drive consistent retail operations and SOP compliance across assigned boutiques.
• Oversee inventory, stock movements and asset control to maintain accuracy and minimise losses.
• Maintain strong security, safety, audit and risk control standards.
• Coordinate store maintenance, facilities, logistics and operational support.
• Monitor workforce planning, store coverage and operational readiness.
• Support store projects, activations, renovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive timely follow-through.
• Provide regular operational reporting, identify risks and recommend practical improvements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related retail experience, including at least 3 years in retail operations, store management or multi-store support.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Luxury watches, jewellery or premium retail experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, stock movements and audit processes.
• High integrity, strong judgement and excellent attention to detail.
• Assertive and hands-on with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel across boutiques, including outstation travel, weekends and urgent operational requirements.
