Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and drive store results through the selling team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive top-line growth.
• Lead, coach and develop leaders and associates to achieve selling results.
• Build strong product knowledge and high-performance selling behaviours across the team.
• Manage day-to-day store priorities while delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Support talent management including recruitment, onboarding, development and performance management.
• Maintain strong merchandise presentation standards across the sales floor.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong communication, delegation and people management skills.
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and email.
