Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and safety requirements.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and facilities-related issues across locations.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day facilities issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality work.
• Monitor facilities maintenance, equipment and building services.
• Support preventive maintenance and annual maintenance programmes.
• Monitor facilities performance, service levels and maintenance costs.
• Support compliance with safety, statutory and facilities requirements.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities, maintenance or building operations experience.
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and maintenance works.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel to various work locations as required.
