Blue Bottle Coffee, the California-born specialty coffee brand, has arrived in Thailand. Brought to Bangkok in partnership with Valiram, the brand is opening two cafés in the city, at Dusit Central Park and EmQuartier.
Bangkok marks a new chapter in our partnership. Valiram first worked with Blue Bottle Coffee on its Singapore launch in 2024, and we are proud to now bring the same love for freshly roasted coffee and warm, thoughtful service to Thailand.

Valiram and Blue Bottle Coffee first joined hands in 2024, when the brand opened its doors in Singapore. That launch laid the groundwork for Thailand.
Blue Bottle Coffee has grown from its roots in California to cafés across Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Thailand is the newest stop, and Bangkok, a city that loves great coffee and great design, is the natural place to begin.
Dusit Central Park opens first. It is an open-format café built around everyday coffee, serving Blue Bottle’s core menu for the morning rush, a midday break or a slow afternoon.
EmQuartier follows shortly after as the brand’s flagship in Thailand. It takes a more craft-led approach, with hand-brewed pour-overs, seasonal offerings and Blue Bottle’s signature drinks.
From a perfectly pulled espresso to a slow pour-over, every cup is made to order with freshly roasted beans.
Espresso classics, from the Macchiato and Gibraltar to the Cappuccino and Latte.
Slow-steeped Cold Brew, plus the New Orleans-style NOLA and NOLA Float.
Single cups hand-brewed to order, so the character of each coffee comes through.
Vanilla Bean Shakerato, Espresso Tonic, Lemon Yuzu Fizz, Cascara Fizz and Matcha Latte.
The space is calm, bright and open. A sculpted blue canopy floats above the bar, glowing softly from within and marking the heart of the café.
Warm walnut seating, brushed brass and terrazzo tables balance the blue, while tall windows bring in views of greenery. The bar is open on all sides, so guests can watch every drink being made.
Every cup is brewed with care, served at its best and shared in a space made for slowing down. That is what Blue Bottle Coffee stands for, and it is what we are excited to share with Bangkok.
