Position Summary

Retail Associate at Valiram is more than just a retail role—it’s about creating unforgettable customer experiences, inspiring confidence through personalized service, and bringing the latest fashion, beauty, and luxury trends to life. You will drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure the store reflects world-class standards. For Senior Associates, the role also includes leading the team, motivating performance, and shaping a culture of excellence on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• • Work to hit individual sales and other store targets.
• • Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers
• • Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service
• experience for customers.
• • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neat and tidy at all times.
• • Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.

Key Requirements

• • Experience in Retail setting is beneficial for Retail Associates
• • SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• • Proficiency in other languages, including Mandarin, is advantageous
