Position Summary

We are seeking a passion and results-driven Retail Associate to create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals.  Responsibilities include assisting customers with product choices and information. The position also focuses on fostering an ethical, engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work to hit individual sales and other store targets. 
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers. 
• Maintain tight control on discounting and giveaways/ discontinued products 
• Ensure all monies and sales transactions are in accordance with the operational procedures. 
• Maintain and uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times. 
• Working together with Managers and floor staff to manage inventory and minimize stock losses  
• Updating the customer database on a frequent basis. 

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of total retail experience
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in a related field or equivalent experience.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good team player, pleasant, outgoing, and willing to learn.
