Prepare and make simple food and to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently
exceeds the expectations of our members.

Key Responsibilities

• • Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards.
• • Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen.
• • Must follow all the policies and food safety rules in kitchen to ensure quality products.
• • Preparing the ingredients for senior chef.

Key Requirements

• • Minimum 2 -3 years of total culinary experience or relevant.
• • Diploma / bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• • Ability to communicate and work as a team.
