Position Summary

Manages the day-to-day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.

Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.

Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts. Duties include scheduling, hiring, training, and ensuring that staff perform their respective duties correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the store’s sales performance. 
• Facilitate implementation of product/ sales strategies. 
• Communicate information on sales goals and targets to the team on a continuous basis. 
• Manage inventory, cash handling, audits, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Keep the team updated daily on Conversion Rate and Average Transaction Value with the team on a regular basis. * Monthly Plan forecast.  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in a related field or equivalent experience.  
• Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.  
• Proven organizational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.  
• Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
