Graphic Designer

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in executing the company’s marketing and brand strategy by designing and producing high-quality visual content. Key deliverables span digital and physical touchpoints, including website and social media graphics, promotional campaigns, and internal/external signage. Success in this position requires a balance of creative vision to produce engaging visuals and the technical/organizational skills necessary to manage assets and ensure design integrity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Creative Production: Lead the design and production of on-brand creative solutions for a diverse range of uses, including digital, non-digital, and interactive platforms (e.g., social media content, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), website assets, and in-store marketing materials).
  • Cross-Functional Design Support: Provide essential graphic design expertise to internal business lines, creating specialized assets such as product graphics, iconography, or other offline visual support.
  • Design and Brand Governance: Act as a brand steward, ensuring all creative outputs strictly align with the corporate brand image, visual aesthetic, and technical/usability standards across all company platforms.
  • Collaborative Design Execution: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Web Development) to deliver designs that are creative, functional, technically sound, and meet defined project objectives.
  • Aesthetic Leadership: Offer expert advice and guidance on visual aesthetic and design best practices for marketing campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
  • End-to-End Design Delivery: Execute top-quality design work, managing the process from initial concept development through final delivery, while rigorously complying with brand guidelines for all marketing collateral.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum a Degree graduate in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or a relevant field.
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is considered an added advantage.
  • •Minimum one (1) year of dedicated experience in a graphic design role.
  • •Proven professional experience designing both digital and non-digital creative assets.
  • •Solid knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard design software programs, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma and/or 3D design software is a significant plus.
  • •Ability to execute basic animation skills for digital content.
  • •Highly creative with an innovative flair and personal dynamism.
  • •Ability to clearly and effectively present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • •Resilient with high energy and a strong drive for execution.
  • •Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality output.
  • •A strong team player with good organizational and technical skills.
  • •Possesses effective time management skills, able to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently.
  • •Capable of working effectively and productively under minimum supervision.
