Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Marketing Manager will oversee marketing activities across all channels for the Group’s beauty, fashion or F&B brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing budgets, building brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement 360-degree omnichannel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels, including stores, e-commerce, marketing communications, customer experience, and trade activities.
  • •Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to maximize return on investment (ROI) while demonstrating resourcefulness and commercial acumen.
  • •Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor activities, and the luxury retail landscape to inform strategic decision-making and enhance brand relevance.
  • •Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, PR, operations) and external partners (e.g., agencies, media) to achieve marketing objectives.
  • •Plan and execute marketing campaigns encompassing advertising, public relations, promotional events, and social media initiatives.
  • •Manage customer relationship management (CRM) programs to build and nurture relationships with VIP customers and cultivate a loyal customer base.
  • •Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
  • •Prepare marketing reports for leadership, including post-event analyses and recommendations.
  • •Represent the brands professionally at industry events, media interviews, and meetings, as authorized.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or F&B industries.
  • •Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • •Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
