Restaurant Manager

Position Summary

To provide responsible and highly skilled leadership in directing all facets of Brand Management. He/She will
consistently provide our customers with the highest level of service possible and be accountable for the total outlet
while achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Oversee daily restaurant operations, customer service, and dining experience to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • • Drive sales, profitability, and business growth through performance monitoring, cost control, and revenue strategies.
  • • Lead, train, schedule, and develop staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • • Manage inventory, cash handling, audits, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
  • • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand-building activities while acting as a brand ambassador.

Key Requirements

  • • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B or retail operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve sales targets.
