Valiramers initiated a nationwide Tree Planting Project, involving nearly 350 colleagues from various regions. The program aimed to raise awareness about the vital role of tree planting in mitigating the effects of climate change, emphasizing the significance of preserving and planting trees as a nature-based solution.

On the 5th September 2023, we hosted our inaugural awareness talk and exhibition in collaboration with the Malaysian Energy Commission, marking their first ever collaboration with a private organisation (Valiram).

On 26th July 2023, we had our second awareness talk with World Vision Malaysia at Vroom Café, HQ. The talk, led by Head of Resource Development, Winnie Khor, introduced us to the Chosen program – a one-of-a-kind World Vision child sponsorship initiative which allows the children to be involved in the decision-making process by selecting their adopters.

Instead of throwing away items, upcycling involves creatively remodeling to give them a new life and purpose. Also, it promotes sustainability by reducing waste and encouraging creativity and resourcefulness.

On 12th April 2023, we had our first awareness talk with World Vision Malaysia at our KL Office. The talk, led by Winnie Khor and Adrian Tham of World Vision Malaysia, focused on humanitarian aid, urban development, and advocacy for underprivileged children.
